Hon. Edward D. Burke, Sr. served as a judge for the New York State Court of Claims and as an Acting Justice in the Supreme Court in Riverhead from 2000-2007.

Hon. Stephen L. Braslow joins Mediation Solutions after a long career in private practice, public service, and on the bench in Suffolk County. He served as a County Court judge in Suffolk County from 2001-2024.

Harvey B. Besunder joins Mediation Solutions with over 50 years of legal experience and an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, condemnation and tax certiorari, real property, estate and municipal litigation, and professional responsibility matters.

The Honorable W. Gerard Asher is a former Justice of the Suffolk County Supreme Court with extensive judicial and private practice experience.
