Passionate about her commitment to eliminating the destructive forces of litigation in the traditional divorce paradigm, Kim has co-authored “Stress Free Divorce Volume 3” to raise public awareness about the Collaborative Divorce process and is the host of a podcast entitled “Dignified Divorce.”

Each year from 2010 to the present, Kim has been designated a Super Lawyer, and she has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards, from 2003 to the present.
