Mr. Buzin served as a Small Claims Arbitrator for the New York State Unified Court System, where he conducted arbitrations and made final determinations for litigants. He is also an adjunct professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he teaches and mentors future lawyers in written advocacy, legal writing, and trial advocacy.

He earned a Bachelor of Science from New York University’s Stern School of Business, with majors in Finance and Management and Organizational Behavior, and later earned both a Master of Business Administration in Taxation and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Buzin has tried numerous cases to verdict and has participated in cases resolving for over $115 million. His results include multiple multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a $28 million verdict in a negligent supervision case. He was also recognized as a finalist for Public Justice’s Trial Lawyer of the Year Award and has been selected to Super Lawyers’ New York Metro Top 100 list each year since 2021. In 2026, he was named one of the Top 5 New York Metro Plaintiff Personal Injury attorneys by Super Lawyers.

Mr. Buzin is admitted to practice in New York and Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, among other courts. He is available to mediate matters virtually, in person, or at Mediation Solutions’ offices.
