Meredith (Merri) Hoffman

Operations Manager

Merri joins Mediation Solutions after spending many years serving customers, mostly in
the food service industry. Her previous experience includes hiring, training and coaching
staff on customer service, scheduling, inventory, payroll, budgeting, accounting, and
event planning.

She brings her management, organization, problem-solving and customer service skills
to us at Mediation Solutions and enjoys working with our clients and their lawyers
helping to get their mediations scheduled and to make their experience with our
office - whether in-person or virtual - the best that it can be.

Merri received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from SUNY Oneonta
in 2011.
